Wow....things are moving right along for me!!

It will be exactly 2 weeks tomorrow since I found my house.  In that time I have gotten pre-approved and made & had my offer accepted.  Had the inspection and asked for some things to do be serviced and repaired.  Those have been done.  I got the appraisal today.  My offer is $228,000 with the seller paying $8000 towards closing costs.  My appraisal came in today at $245,000!!!  I am happy.

This has gone so very smoothly and quickly.  I was more then ready and it is paying off.  I am feeling truly blessed!

Well, I am in Washington State and have not dealt with Shane on my mortgage.....but I am sure he is the man for many anyway?  LOL

For whatever reason my team wound up being all females, not be design, but I must admit the speed, efficiency and follow-through has been top notch!  That is what I give my clients in my profession and is definitely what I looked for when putting my home buying group together!

--- Home inspection has been completed, and all requested

repairs have already been done

--- The appraisal came back at $245,000, which means

you're gonna make 17 grand at closing

--- You got 100% financing thru USDA, 5% fixed for 30 years

--- Your middle FICO score is a rather robust 742

Not a bad 2 weeks if I say so myself.

be a homeowner!!!! And don't forget about the $8,000 tax credit....
