The last time I was on, I was stressed about not having the clear to close 2 days before my closing day!! Well, long story short, EVERYTHING happened on the morning of closing. I got the clear to close on August 31st at about 8:43am. We pushed the closing time back from 1pm to 3pm and paper work was still flying back and forth between title agent and lender all the way up until an hour before closing (lender kept asking agent to change things on HUD 1).
Title agent seemed to be quite unorganized....she initially had me and the seller's home addressed mixed up on the HUD 1, glad I caught that. And her copier wasn't working, so I had to wait a couple of days to get copies of all of the paperwork. Other than that, the closing went smoothly, the seller was a sweet heart, and I got my KEYSSS, YAY!!!
