You have to pay taxes on the interest for the homebuyers tax credit

We got the form in the mail yesterday and it wasn't very clear. It took while for us to figure out what is was. So if you earned interest, you should be getting the 1099 form in the mail.

Mega bucks.. maybe $10 or $25 in taxes that you end up paying....
