appreciation

I just want to express my appreciation to the folks who emailed me back about my question of fico scores and missed payments. Better not to mess around with it because my scores are good and they could take a big hit with only one missed payment. I needed to hear it tho.....Thanks again!

Welcome, not to mention what a missed mortgage payment would do to your chances for good rates on credit in the future.
