has anyone had an experience with bank of america and their no closing cost loans? another question, how do i go about finding a broker. i live in va any suggestions???

I think they want 10 or 20% down.

it is a good loan if you plan on being in the property long.... because the closing costs are paid with a higher rate.

realtors know good loan officers.
