How long ago did you buy the house? What does your credit look like? I bought a house last year, then bought a second vehicle and refi'd my first about 9 months later.
Advice? Talk to a credit union and ask straight up what their perception would be. After working through dealers and brokers all my life, thanks to this site I finally went to a CU, and it made a world of difference...If you can, post more info about your situation.
