closing day is today and new bank account

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yesterday I opened a new savongs and checking account with NFCU and just found this morning an inquiry they pulled. I really thought it would be a soft pull like most banks when opening new savings and checking accounts.  Never experienced this before. Will this jeopardized our closing today? Should I contact my LO? I have the print out of the new accounts and it says savings and checking.

Glad that they are understanding, but almost every credit union ( including NFCU ) will hard pull your credit when you join.

 

Also NFCU is one of the most pull~happy CUs around;  you'll incur a new HP for each and every credit product, even same day....
