I think this might belong more understanding FICO scoring vs. mortgage loans, but the lowest score is going to depend on each individual person, such as what's on their reports, and has a small part to do with what region you are from, since the same creditor will sometimes pull diffierent.
TU is always lowest for me, but I have more inquiries on it as more people pull TU where I'm from.
