do i qualify time

Hi, i need your  thoughts on the matter. come august i need to buy a place to live.

 

1 credit, as of 10/13 Ex 750 Ex fako 768 current Ex fako 760 Equifax 648 Beacon (i bought their 4 a year plan) TU 721 as of 10/13

2 current income estimate 62160 ( about to transfer to diffrent department same company) expected new income from new job , over 100k

3 source of income monthly salary 2100 current 2200 tranfer, bonus pay per day on job site 220 a day.  current 14 days on every month

4 bills , 1150 all added up with extra padding added (50% added)

5 employed 1.5 years at current company 7 years in the same field

6 assets , 20k to put down ready

7 houston texas 

8 condo 85-100k

9  max at 100k on value

10 primary occupancy

11 purchase

Your purchase price isnt too high so it may not be a factor however - you cannot count bonus or overtime until you have been receiving it at the same job for 2 years - in this case you may be better off buying before you transfer to the new position as your income wil actually be less once you do based on the way we look at things foir mortgages.......

that is intresting , i am oil field , we get 14 days on the rig and 14 off , its pretty much steady like this for the past 1.5 years that i have been on this one job, but the office pays it to us under the day rate bonus. thanks for that information though.
