FHA itself has no minimum score requirement. Since the loan actually originates from the lender and is only backed by FHA lenders have set their own minimum FICO score for FHA loans. A majority of them have gone to 620 middle score. If you search the internet you'll find some that still offer manual underwriting with no minimum score and other that still do 580 middle scores.
