so with a lot of stress, and help from all of you with advice, we are set to close next Wednesday! The bank decided they would pay for the garage roof to be replaced, so that is what theyre doing in the meantime. We intend on giving our notice to the landlord on the 1st. We didnt want to jump the gun so to speak, and do it earlier and have something fall apart last minute. It is kind of a blessing though, because then we can fix little things up how we want it over at the new house before moving in( only three blocks away) I just hope from here on out there are no more messes. I will let everyone know how it goes.
