I want to buy a house although I will graduate with 80k in loans!! Does the large amount of student loans affect my ability to get a good rate or even qualify for a loan? By the way I plan on acessing the loan forgivness for my field, and am not in defalt in student loans, but will be asking for forbarance. I have paid off all other debts, and currently have a bankruptcy 3 years ago, and have a FICO of 689. Please help...
