Im set to close this week and a new collection for 369 just showed up on my report is this going to kill the deal?! Im so sad!

I got a call from my realtor, she set up an appt to sign at the title co tomorrow at 11. Is this it? I m worried about this collection

If your scheduled to sign you should be okay, if final underwritings already completed its doubtfull they are going to pull another credit report. Good Luck!
