It take you to find a home, how long is the normal closing frame time?

Finding a home can take a day and can take a few years. Most people who apply for new home purchase loan have told me they been looking at houses for several years, and finally decided to apply for a preapproval.
Closing will vary depending on many different factors.
You can close in as soon as 10 - 60 days.

We looked before we even got a pre approval letter, found a house in literally 5 days. Signed a contract on December 28th, now looking at a potential close date of 2/20. The only reason its being strung out so long is we had to wait for my wife to start working after graduating college with a nursing degree. She starts on the 11th, they verify her employment and off we go!
