jan 30 closing date!!

so happy...we have a closing date of January 30, 2014...now comes the hard part...waiting and underwriting...lets keep our fingers crossed that we dont receive too many conditions or major bumps...

Well I have submitted my contract to the lender on Monday with a close date of January 15. Sent all requested info, docs etc. today. Praying all goes well and closing takes place well before Feb to give me time to move And not have to pay another months rent.
