Re: Living & Earning in Texas but want to buy a Home in Arizona?

I'd wait till I actually took the job in Az.

I'm thinkin you'd have to qualify for the house with the Texas job stats.  I don't see them doin a mortgage on what might be.  You can go ahead and buy the house, pay on it, and have it all lined up when you do go to Az.

The company gonna tx ya over there, different company?  Entirely different field?

Like I said, I'd wait to see whats goin on in a couple of years.

Re: Living & Earning in Texas but want to buy a Home in Arizona?

people buy homes in different states all of the time and use them as investment/vacation/second homes.

OP, i don't see why it's impossible.  You may have to prove that it will be your primary residence or have to buy the home as an investment/second home.
