I heard that it has become harder to qualify for mortgages. We have an adjustable mortgage set to adjust in 7/2010. Right now our scores are in the mid 500's and I am nervous that when the refinance time comes we will not qualify. We are now doing our best to pay off the debt and are current on all accounts. Any suggestions?
