Well....just got blown off by a lender because my mortgage score is 619. She wants me to pay off all 10 collections...really?!!? They are 5 .5 yrs old!! Then she says maybe just the one thats over 2K...My fico 8 scores are 619*624*632. I thought that FHA was the easiest to get approved with? I have NO debt. Can someone please help?
