mortgage companies and credit reports

Hello everyone, is it true that mortgage companies can see things on our credit report that we can not see?

I was asking a potential loan officer some questions and she wanted to run my credit, i told her i'm not ready to buy yet but was enquiring about her company and she said she wanted to see what my report looks like, I told her I know whats on my credit since I just had my credit pulled on myfico, plus earlier this year I had a loan company pulled it, she said she still would need to pull it because they all see different things, plus what i see on my report is different from what they see....

Their credit SCORE may be different, but what is actually on the report has to be the same.  Skip this one.

Run away from that so-called loan officer.
