mortgage loan resold to Wells Fargo.

I received a letter in the mail today stating that Wells Fargo is now servicing my loan.   I just think that is fast.  I closed  on my house on July eighteenth, not even Thirty days,  and I haven't even made my first payment.

This is not unusual. Our loan was sold to another servicer within a couple weeks of closing.

Some are even sold the same day your loan funds.
