They were great. This is a great program, they will let u use 40% dti ratio. I am able to get 130000 maybe more when I pay off a couple of things. Originally with a regular bank I could only get 98000 and will be paying almost the same amount monthly, thanks to their buy-down program. I am so glad I went with this company. Great people great program. She told me that if I bring in the remaining documents I could get approved by next week. And they pulled up the exact scores from Myfico. She said that after entering the information for approval, it will only take three days to get an answer. I would encourage everyone to get into their program.
