I am trying for a first time home loan and i have a 745 middle score my monthly payments are total of 650 a month 4120 a month income it has been over a year since i have had a late payment on anything i have been in my profesion for 6 years now no gap in employment all paperwork and explanations have been turned in to underwritter apprisial has been ordered took out a consolidation loan a month before i applied for motagage wrote explanation to wear the money was spent now waiting on approval nervous any advice to get over this nervous feeling also home contract is for 138500.00
