we brought in all our paperwork, and officially applied.. got pre approval, got the first ok from automated UW, just waiting for the seller to agree on purchase price, which I think will happen in next few days. So, any suggestions? My LO said the final UW will put us through the ringer, but that anything that would have prevented us from getting the loan would have been an issue in first UW decision.
