Just pissed at my processor.

She send me email today moring that we are clear to clsoe. And we can do closing tomorrow.

10 mins letter second email...Wait....your file just go RED FLAGED.... We can't do closing tomorrow.

I asked why red flaged???

She said She does not know....her system is not telling her anything...She will have to wait till end of day to see why file is Red flaged after clear to close?????

You must be Kidding me????????????????

I have high score, high income and already provided everything she needed before a week..

just PISSED...

Who is the lender? Seems odd that they would red flag something and not know what is causing it.
