hi everyone this is a good day after starting my rebuild may of this year it was like a roller coster and at times i thought it was never going to end but to everyone out there use these forums listen to the advice people give you and you will get threw it. if i can do it you can you just want to get it done be persistant keep fighting it will all come together for you i want to thank all of the people in these forums without you i would not be way ahead and placing an offer on a home tomorrow i hope it will be acepted and i have faith it will. remember your not alone in this struggle. i dont mean to be sappy but i could not finance a lolly pop 6 months ago and the damage was great but now i am buying a home and i hope everybody here gets to there goal of home ownership
