qualifying for a refinance

In order to qualify for a refinance, do all 3 scores have to be over 620?

I have a small mortgage at a very high interest, high LTV, and crappy FICOs. House is in my name, but DH has the income - I'm a full-time mom. This old house needs a roof, which we have to finance. I'm rebuilding our credit as fast as I can. My credit is better than his - his may take some time.

Any suggestions?

lenders use the middle score.... we throw out the high and low scores.

If you are a full time mom with no qualifying income then your scores aren't going to be as important as your husbands are.  I'd concentrate more on bringing his scores up than yours.  The better the scores, the higher the chances of getting approved are, but scores/credit are only a portion of qualifying.
