HomePath website has updated our house to "under contract" !!  I'm floating again!  Maybe the appraisal can get ordered today.  That would be some excitement.

I have severe mental health issues.  I am so seriously paranoid that something is going to go wrong and we won't get the house that I can't eat or sleep.  I'm worried that the UW will decide that I am not a creditworthy person.

oh .. if it can happen it will happen uh?  Got home yesterday and had a lovely letter in the mail from the state tax agency that I owe 1800 for underpayment from 2010.

The good part about it - for some reason they are claiming that didn't get my W2 so I faxed that this morning.. and there is no threat of a lien or credit account entry.. so it's all good.. but the worst part is that I will probably have to pay their "penalty and interest" anyway.. what can I do.. I can't prove they got my W2.. oh well..

Still keeping fingers crossed to get final underwriting approval today.

Thanks --- just got a message -- got final underwriting approval.. Now waiting to see if there are any conditions to close....  shooting for close tomorrow night if we can meet any conditions today.... FINGERS CROSSED.

otherwise will probably reschedule for next Friday.

We lucked out tonight I'll tell you that.  DH finally home from working out of town so we went to look at the house.  A handyman was there hired by a contractor in Nevada fixing the sprinkler system.  I have no idea why anyone would be fixing anything since the house is under contract at this point - but I'm not kicking a gift horse in the mouth.  He did get the sprinklers going and is putting in a work order to get some outlets in the garage fixed.  (Free electrical repair).  Got to go inside the house and look all over, just us, which was nice.
