"our" house is going up for auction

Well it's been almost 2 months since I last posted here.  I have an update to the title of this thread.

"our" house (as in the short sale) certainly did go up for auction.  And nobody bought it.  It is now listed on the lovely Fannie Mae HomePath Website.  Extremely ironic if you ask me.

But guess what for?  $164,900.00.  (Listed for 110, we offered 105, they came back after 2 months w/ counter to our shortsale offer at 145, down to 141).

 I'm sooo glad we didn't get that house.  (BAD LOCATION) 

No one has made any bids on the lovely home.  And The Evil Twins aren't even the realtor's for it anymore. 

OK.  That's definitely seriously I promise my last post on this topic.  I swear it.

Wow, Booner. Just WOW. I just read the entire thread and chewed off every last one of my fingernails. I dont know if I've got the guts for all this. Are you SURE this HomePath house I've got my eye on is worth it? LOL!?!

Yes, you can do it.  It's so worth it once the hellishness is over!!  I am still waking up in awe sometimes, and especially so now that it's spring and I get to go play in the yard and see all the neat things that are springing up!!
