re finance

we are scheduled to close on our re-finance on 4/29/09.april.'s payment(due 4/1/09) is included in refinance.my question is the mortgage will not be paid off until 5/5/09.how do i keep from getting credit score hit with an over 30 days ?

You pay the 4/1/09 payment now, lender should recalculate payoff before money is actually sent.  Who told you not to make your 4/1/09 payment?  They should be keel hauled.
