rental verification for mortgage

my rent is late after the 6th and some times I have had to pay it on the 15th. Late fees and a court cost are always included. That is the latest I have been, will that show on my rental verification or only if it's 30 days or more?

Lenders only care about 30 days or more. If the verification of rent states that you have been late once for the past 12 months, that is grounds for a denial of the loan.

Yep. If it's more than 30-59 days late etc then we start caring. I still suggest you pay your rent on time every time.
