Is there a fico score for bureau and which one does an mortgage lender use?

Not sure what the first part of your question means.  All FICO scores are based on data from the CRA's.

 

Mortgage lenders use a score that cannot be purchased by consumers.  I don't recall the model off the top of my head.

There is s score for is bereau so which one does the underwriter use?

Mortgage lenders use the FICO04 score model which is an older model than the FICO08 model sold here at MyFICO.

 

Equifax sells a FICO04 score directly from their website, they're the only CRA that sells a FICO04 score to consumers.
