Posted Monday we signed loan docs just waiting for funding and recording.. Of course thrre were a couple conditions left.. All of ours were done. So there was one outstanding condition. -seller to repair slider door because its not opening and closing properly and to paint the deck. Seller claimed to had fixed those things well appraisers was sent out to make sure and sign off on the repairs being completed. Well guess what!? Repairs weren't done ! So seller is now getting a contractor out "monday" like really why did they even claim repairs were done. Its a bank owed home that had a lot if repairs done already so I assume they thought everything was finished. Ugh back to this lively waiting game ! Well over 60 days now!

just drink a glass of wine knowing that it's very small thing that can be fixed. the deal will get done ))) YOUR family will be in your new home next week!!!!
