4/28 went to chase bank for pre-approval, APPROVED
5/16 put offer on the condo
5/17 counter offer came -
5/19 accepted counter offer , same day inspection done
5/23 conditions came in
- wants me to close few credit cards
- wants a Jan bank statement for transfer of money from savings to checkings ( now here was the problem, i had a 2600 cash deposit that month, and
if i showed my Jan. statement UW would ask me to show source of that money, which of course i coudn't) BIG PROBLEM thats what my LO said
5/23~28 couldn't sleep
5/29 Thank GOD UW waived the JAN statement. (LO told me that his manager talked to someone about my situation and took care of it)
5/30 got a email from the Processor ("currently they are just waiting for condo approval and appraisal, and at this time i do not need anything from you")
5/30 appraisal done
6/2 just waiting for the appraisal report and the magic word
