subsidy recapture USDA DIRECT?

Ok, I'm on the waitlist here for a USDA DIRECT mortgage, only to now hear about this looking around the internet. How much is this usually? Is there a way I can calculate how much subsidy recapture I will have to pay? I mean, if I buy a house at 70K now and it's sustidized at 1% interested and sell it in 5 years (or refi) do I pay the subsidy recapture for how much? I don't want to end up paying more than I bought the house for and that's what it's sounding like would happen.
