usda fico requirements??

my fico scores are Tu=622 and my eq=602 and ex=? Im just wondering if i stand a chance at being approved?

You've got a shot, depending on all the other factors such as payment history, DTI, etc.

It bites not being able to know your EXP score, since a 620 middle score is what most lenders are looking for, even on USDA. 

Can you tell what might be dragging down your EQ score? If you could get that one up to 620 it wouldn't matter what EXP is.

just pulled my experian plus score(fako) and it is 660. so that makes tu=622, EQ=602, and EX fako=660. the plus score @ experian was 584 on 5/07/09 and now today it is 660.

So...what does that mean? Does anyone have any advice on how reliable the fako score is from experian.

It can go either way. My PLUS has gone up and FICOs down and vice-versa.
