Had usda loan forclosed on back in 2010. Bank of American sent 1099-C for cancellation of debt but still filed claim I guess with usda. Usda took tax return for 2011 just figured out why. Do I still owe balance? 1099 was for like 16000 but usda says I owe 39000 or something like that. Anyone with any knowledge would be greatful.
