Don't really have a timeline for you. My experience with USDA I've been in contract since Feb. 12, was sent to USDA on March 28 came back with conditional approval April 22. Still have no close date, no time line of when I'm getting a closing date. They keep extending out my rate lock date and my closing deadline.
