Hi everyone. We have been preapproved for a loan. Our offer was accepted and a closing date set. We are meeting with the loan officer Thursday to begin the process. It is a usda loan. We have the documents she requested ready. Any idea what the average timeline is.from start to finish?

It depends on the area you live in, some places it can take muhc longer then others you can contact your USDA office to find out their average time. In NJ mine took about 2 months.. but some places are much longer and some much shorter
