will credit report & statements be pulled again

going to closing next week hopefully. just wondering if my credit report and bank statements will be pulled again.

You need to ask your LO.

 

Mine did pull again and asked for any new statements day before closing.

 

Some LO's don't pull again though.

i have kept money in my account but i did charge a few items on my jcp card but i paid it off so it's the same balance it was when they approved me. is that ok? and i have more money in my account than i had when they approved me.

Well, remember, unless JCP reports to the CRAs AND the CRAs update your CRs before you close, does paying anything off like crazy actually matter.

At least, AFAIK. AFAIK, they'd only see what's reported on your CRs. So if JCP updates the CRAs on the 25th, and the new balances won't show until the 30th, but you closed on the 26th, the lender will never see that update.
