My ex husband is suppose to close on a home on Sept 9. Its a conventional loan. He lost his wallet today with all his credit cards inside. Of course he immediately reported the cards lost. Will this delay his home closing? Everything has been going so smoothly. He was told my his LO that they expected to close on time...now this. sigh.
