Anyone heard of this program?  I saw them on the news today but not sure if they are legit or not?

Too much to type. Could you take a look at it real quick when you have a moment and just let me (forum) know what your take is on it this?

Supposedly they work with FHA secured loans and regardless of loan challenges, they should be able to help you.

i looked.

they are an internet lender. heard of them before. i dont have anything positive or negative to say about them except that your experience will only be as good as your loan officer & that they advertise a LOT..... i wonder who pays for that?

if they do fha secure loans, apply, it is free.

oh....

\here is the rub about fha secure.

if you need it, you wont qualify because lenders have minimum fico requirements.

if these people say something different, i would like to know
