Hello,
Can you open bank account using a UPS store mail box?
Or you must submit your real address and any mail can be sent to a UPS store mail box/ PO Box?

No. (Well, not legally. You might "slip under the radar" if the UPS store address isn't well-known or tagged by USPS as a business... Don't.)

Yup. That's the PATRIOT Act at work. Know Your Customer/Customer Identification Program is required... you need to disclose your "real" address, and then request that mail be sent to the PO Box or maildrop.

I remember reading about this in another thread. See below link OP for more information.

Like others have mentioned this is prohibited by the Patriot Act.
If you try to "fly beneath the radar" you might get away with it for a little while, but eventually it will catch up with you and you'll likely find your account frozen. Depending on the bank/CU the time to get it resolved (and gain access to your funds) could be rather unpredictable... since they would likely see this as fraud I wouldn't expect them to get in a rush.
tl;dr... don't try it.
Note: changing your statement/delivery address to a PO Box or UPS store address after you (properly) open the account is usually fine.
