By "back in" are you referring to getting approved for one of their credit products? If so I would say no if your credit profile isn't to their liking.I don't think Chase cares one way or the other if you have any sort of pre-existing relationship with them.
I've been banking with Chase for a decade or more and haven't had any luck with getting a credit card through them until recently. Even that isn't one of their core products but the co-branded Amazon VISA.
Full disclosure, while my credit reports have improved greatly since I last apped for a card with Chase I am now past the 5/24 rule and therfore essentially ineligible for approval.
