I have 2 cards with Barclays but I wouldn't get this offer as I'm on pre-screen opt out. But curious what terms they offer? Barclays loves high APRs on their CCs so much I can't imagine they are competitive on personal loans.

I couldn't find any info online for Barclays personal loans in the US. Just savings, CDs, and credit cards for Barclays US.
