After some research I decided to sign up for the Discover Checking and Savings accounts. There are a few questions I have that I could not find here nor there.
1. How long does it typically take for direct deposits to become available?
2. How long does it typically take for an ACH transfer from another account take?
3. Does the debit card have the EMV chip? All of the pics I cloud find of the card are a few years old and don't have it.
I currently have Regions for Checking and Savings and have for the past 10 years. They have really good service at my local branch but that's about it. Their products just seem blah to me. Anyway, if anyone has experience with Discover I'd be happy to hear some feedback.
