If using a sponsor to join NFCU???

My father is retired army but doesn't have a nfcu account. I believe I can still join with him as my sponsor.

My question is, can your sponsor be held responsible for anything in my nfcu account?

Could nfcu go after him if I defaulted on a loan or was late paying?

Looking to join for the gorewards card and an auto loan.

No, they cannot go after him for just being your sponsor. Now if he co-signs for a loan or is joint owner on any account, that's a different story.
