NFCU CLOC app via phone

I applied for the cloc on the phone yesterday morning. Does anyone have experience with approvals with not so decent scores? Where can i view the status?
Fico8 EQ -640
Fico5 EQ- 648
Fico Bankcard EQ- 664

I got approved for a 10k cloc with scores only slightly higher than yours.

I probably should've asked for the full 15k, as I don't think it would've been a problem.
