I applied for the full 15K CLOC online last summer and was approved. Once approved I contacted the customer service line and they asked me if I wanted documents to be mailed or to be sent to a branch for signature. I chose a branch nearby and went and signed them the next day. Today my GF was approved but did her app over the phone since she recieved an error message while applying online. The CSR on the phone advised that they could only mail the documents and didnt offer her to go to a local branch for signature. Is this a new policy? Has anyone been recently approved and had the option to stop by the branch of your choice for all signatures required? Thanks.
