Decided since they recently gave me a CC CLI from 15.3k to 21.5k I would try again to max the CLOC.
It was approved last year after income verification at a measly 2.5k, mind you.
Just a few minutes ago i filled out the CLI request form to max it at 15k, clicked submit, and received email confirmation that the request was approved about 5 minutes later 
Now I can start using Navy for my safety buffer!
