NFCU Confusion

So yesterday I called NFCU with some questions about my new accounts. One of the questions I had was about the CLOC still being under view since 6/2. I was told it was declined but even today it says review in process. Why would it still say that if it was declined yesterday?

It sounds like NFCU hasn't updated the message for you CLOC app.

Sorry to hear about your denial. I hope you will reconn the decision.

I agree, it just sounds like for whatever reason they did not update the info.
